Where do you currently deliver?

Our focus is delivering fresh, locally sourced and prepared meals. Therefore, we are currently delivering within a 20- mile radius of our West Hartford, CT home base, and we also service some areas East of the Connecticut River. We have plans to expand soon!

When do you deliver meals for the week?

We deliver all meals on Mondays with plans to expand to a second day soon!

Do you offer subscriptions?

Yes! We offer weekly subscriptions that allow you to choose the number of meals you want per week. You are then charged on a weekly basis for the meals you've chosen.

What is the minimum order amount?

There is no minimum order amount.

How do I order?

Right here through the website. Hover over the Order tab to purchase individual A La Carte meals, one time Meal Packs, or recurring Weekly Subscriptions. Feel free to call or email us with any questions!

What happens if I am not at home for delivery?

On delivery days, feel free to leave out a cooler of your choice, or purchase the insulated cooler bag we offer!

How do you maintain freshness of food during delivery?

Our meals are transported in our refrigerated van.

Can I purchase a gift card for a friend or family member?

Absolutely. Our gift cards are the perfect gift for busy families and professionals, and anyone in need of a little TLC through food. Hover over the Order tab and click Gift Card to purchase now!

Do you have vegetarian meal options?

Yes, we do! There are plenty of vegetarian and vegan options available on our seasonal menu.

Do you accommodate special dietary restrictions?

We sure do! Just like you, our menu is unique. When you register your profile, you can list any dietary restrictions you have, and our menu will show you the meals that are perfect for you. If you allow our system to randomly select meals, it will also take your diet into consideration. Our entire menu is free of gluten, dairy, and refined sugar. We have many vegetarian, vegan, keto, paleo, and nut-free and egg-free options as well. Our menu is also diabetic-friendly. And lastly, our meals are made from mostly organic and locally sourced ingredients! Check out the ‘key’ on our menu that indicates allergen-friendly options.

Do you have options for low sodium meals?

Our meals are not designed to be specifically low sodium, but we only use sea salt in our menu and in low amounts. Sea salt has a more diverse array of minerals and is typically lower in sodium then conventional table salt.

Are you gluten-free certified?

Our kitchen is currently not certified as gluten-free, but we use only gluten-free ingredients and we sanitize our kitchen space and equipment frequently.

Are you organic?

Thanks to partnerships with local farmers and trusted providers, we try our best to source only organic ingredients.

Is your menu seasonal?

We go to great lengths to source local and in-season ingredients for our menu. Our menu rotates from week to week over the course of a month and then begins again. Every quarter, we change the entire menu to include another set of delicious seasonal options.

Do you have kid-friendly meal options?

Providing healthy meals for the whole family is a true passion. There are a variety of kid-friendly options available on our menu!

How long will the dishes last after delivery? Can I freeze them for later use?

You can definitely freeze your meals. You should eat or freeze your dishes within 4 days of delivery for best results.

How do I re-heat my food?

To Reheat Soup dishes: Oven: In saucepan, gently heat soup on medium-low heat until hot. Microwave: In a microwave-safe container, cover soup and heat for 2 minutes. Then remove and stir. Heat again for one minute at a time until desired temperature is reached. To Reheat Entrees: Oven: Pre-heat oven at 350 degrees F. In oven-safe container, heat dish for 10-20 minute until desired temperature is reached. Microwave: In microwave-safe container, heat dish for 2 minutes. Then again for one minute at a time until desired temperature is reached.

COVID-19 Management: What safety, sanitary and disinfecting practices have you put in place?

Your safety and the safety of our staff are of utmost importance. We have strict protocols in place to minimize risk that include regular and frequent sanitizing of our kitchen space and equipment as well as delivery and packaging items. As a team, we follow strict hygiene protocols that include wearing masks, gloves, and changing gloves regularly between kitchen tasks. We will also conduct daily temperature checks of all staff. Our team is mandated to stay home if they feel sick, exhibit any COVID-19 related symptoms, or have come in contact with anyone that has been infected.

What is the bag fee?

There is a one time bag fee for all customers. We provide insulated eco-friendly bags, so we can ensure your food stays fresh upon delivery. We then charge $5.00 for each bag, and once you return your bag(s) and ice pack(s) we will credit your account.

What packaging do you use?

We try to stay away from plastic as much as possible and all of our packaging is eco-friendly and recyclable. It is made entirely of compostable materials in harvested wheat-based natural fibers or PLA bioplastic made from corn, and blend of plant fibers such as bulrush, bamboo and sugar cane. The healthy purée and soup containers are PET plastic and recyclable as well as BPA-free.

What is the healthy purées?

The healthy purées are perfect for your little ones 6 months and up, but they can be used for any age! Please keep refrigerated and use within 4 days.

Where do you produce the food?

We use a certified commercial kitchen and have all permits needed. *Note this kitchen is not nut-free, egg-free, or dedicated gluten-free and may contain other allergens with a slight risk of cross-contamination.
