Yes! We offer weekly subscriptions that allow you to choose the number of meals you want per week. You are then charged on a weekly basis for the meals you've chosen. Please note: All refunds due to cancellation will be given in the form of a credit on your account not to the credit card on file. We require you give us notice by noon on Friday if you would like to skip or cancel your subscription.
There is a $50 minimum for all deliveries. $25 minimum for pickup.

On delivery days, if you are not home to receive the delivery, you must leave a cooler out with ice. We deliver all bags in a brown bag. Only weekly customers will receive an insulated bag/ice pack. We will not be held responsible if you are not home to receive the delivery and the food stays out all day.

Yes, we do! There are plenty of vegetarian and vegan options available on our seasonal menu.
We sure do! Just like you, our menu is unique. When you register your profile, you can list any dietary restrictions you have, and our menu will show you the meals that are perfect for you. If you allow our system to randomly select meals, it will also take your diet into consideration. Our entire menu is free of gluten, dairy, and refined sugar. We have many vegetarian, vegan, keto, paleo, and nut-free and egg-free options as well. Our menu is also diabetic-friendly. And lastly, our meals are made from mostly organic and locally sourced ingredients! Check out the ‘key’ on our menu that indicates allergen-friendly options.
Our meals are not designed to be specifically low sodium, but we only use sea salt in our menu and in low amounts. Sea salt has a more diverse array of minerals and is typically lower in sodium then conventional table salt.
Our kitchen is currently not certified as gluten-free, but we use only gluten-free ingredients and we sanitize our kitchen space and equipment frequently.
Thanks to partnerships with local farmers and trusted providers, we try our best to source as much organic ingredients as possible.

You can definitely freeze your meals. You should eat or freeze your dishes within 3 days of delivery for best results.
To Reheat Soup dishes: Oven: In saucepan, gently heat soup on medium-low heat until hot. Microwave: In a microwave-safe container, cover soup and heat for 2 minutes. Then remove and stir. Heat again for one minute at a time until desired temperature is reached. To Reheat Entrees: Oven: Pre-heat oven at 350 degrees F. In oven-safe container, heat dish for 10-20 minute until desired temperature is reached. Microwave: In microwave-safe container, heat dish for 2 minutes. Then again for one minute at a time until desired temperature is reached.
Your safety and the safety of our staff are of utmost importance. We have strict protocols in place to minimize risk that include regular and frequent sanitizing of our kitchen space and equipment as well as delivery and packaging items. As a team, we follow strict hygiene protocols that include wearing masks, gloves, and changing gloves regularly between kitchen tasks. We will also conduct daily temperature checks of all staff. Our team is mandated to stay home if they feel sick, exhibit any COVID-19 related symptoms, or have come in contact with anyone that has been infected.
We provide insulated eco-friendly bags and ice packs so we can ensure your food stays fresh upon delivery. You will be charged $1 per bag/ice pack as we clean reuse and clean the bags by hand.
We try to stay away from plastic as much as possible and all of our packaging is eco-friendly and recyclable. It is made entirely of compostable materials in harvested wheat-based natural fibers or PLA bioplastic made from corn, and blend of plant fibers such as bulrush, bamboo and sugar cane. The healthy purée and soup containers are PET plastic and recyclable as well as BPA-free.
The healthy purées are perfect for your little ones 6 months and up, but they can be used for any age! Please keep refrigerated and use within 4 days.
We use a certified commercial kitchen and have all permits needed. *Note this kitchen is not nut-free, egg-free, or dedicated gluten-free and may contain other allergens with a slight risk of cross-contamination.
